I just wanted to post an update regarding T’s and C’s in light of what is sadly happening in our world right now .
Deposits are a NON REFUNDABLE 50% of your total booking so please ensure this is paid to ensure your bookings are held and full balance is due 2 weeks prior to your dogs stay.
It’s a frightening time in the Middle East and I’m conscious I will have clients travelling this way and whilst I’m sure that everyone is hoping things will settle down no one knows what will happen .
Whilst I will always do my utmost to help and support clients please understand that this is my business and my livelihood. Therefore I wanted to remind people to ensure you have adequate holiday insurance as this will help with boarding costs and also assist with delayed returns should that arise in any situation not just the current .
