I don't like to bring any negativity to anyone, and if you buy from him, that's none of my business, however, there becomes a time when enough is enough, and we cannot let this unhinged individual (Michael mantis NI, NOT spooderhut) keep getting away with his asanine ways.
People are different. We all have such nuance to our lives, and this man knows none of it.
They are all assumptions I would guess come from projection. Says a lot.
Females make up most of this community, from a business perspective, he failed before he even began.
Maybe he's just jealous we (females) can struggle, ask for support, receive said support, and get back on our feet, all while he drowns in debt and negativity. I dunno.
Not being all "gushy" (or just being blunt) in business is one thing, and once upon a time I gave him the benefit of the doubt until he did it to me, but this is another level of customer service we are speaking on. (Or lack thereof)
The damage it could do to small business who genuinely care about the people of the community, and of course, the spiders, is concerning, especially when we are all minding our own, and have perfectly good reviews. (Unlike some)
Now, a few of us will make sure that this info stays circulating.

As a person you are disgusting. As a business, you may think it's glorious but your name will get round (that's if you haven't changed it for the 5th year in a row🙄), I will make it my mission. Why can't you see all the comments on trust pilot and learn from it? You think your untouchable but I'm gonna leave my mark. I don't like bullies especially LITTLE GNOME bullies.
