French Frogglers focuses on teaching French with a Montessori inspired method to children aged 0 to 7 years, in an enjoyable and entertaining way.

Classes are interactive with flashcards, songs, stories, games, puppets and show and tell, to learn French the fun way!

Learning a new language is incredibly beneficial for stimulating our children’s brains and improving their creativity, confidence, self-esteem and cognitive abilities.

This class is taught by an experienced Montessori trained French teacher and native French speaker, and is perfect for both beginners and bilingual children.

And it's a wrap! Last week was the last of the Summer Term ☀️ We played lots of lovely games about "La Nature", "Les Animaux" and "Les Habitats". And since the new word last week was "La Mer" (the sea) 🌊 I picked the beautiful story "La Baleine et l'Escargote" 🐳🐌 by Julia Donaldson that I'm sure lots of you know already! The illustrations by Alex Scheffler are simply wonderful, and perfect to revise all the vocabulary we've learned this term 🗻🏞️🏜️🌋

This week, we went on the "Banquise" (ice floe) and saw lots of "Neige" (snow) 🌨☃️ and "Glace" (ice) ❄️🧊
The children played a guessing game with "Animaux Polaires" (polar animals) 🐻‍❄️🐧🦭 and I was very impressed with their knowledge 👏👏👏

This week, we went to the "Désert" and there was a terrible "Tempête de Sable" (sandstorm)! 🏜
Thankfully, the children were there to help Mummy and Daddy "Chameau" (camel) 🐫 and dig out all their babies. But they had to watch out for the very dangerous "Serpents à Sonnette" (rattlesnakes) 🐍

This week, the children learned about "La Jungle" 🌴🌴🌴 and we had different activities for different age groups, all based on "Animaux" (animals) we can find in the jungle and the savanna 🦍🐍🐅🦒
From sorting to matching to finding, and even washing! 🧼🫧 Everyone had lots of jungle fun!

Last week, the grumpy "Volcan" erupted! 🌋 Thankfully, it didn't spoil "La Fête des Dinosaures" (the dinosaurs' party) 🥳 and everybody had lots of fun, especially the children when they opened "Les Œufs" (the eggs) 🦖🥚🦕

This week, we played a board game with giant dice 🎲
One with "Couleurs" 🔴🟡🟢 one with "Chiffres" (numbers) 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ and one with "Formes" (shapes) 🔴🔺️🟥 and had lots of fun throwing them!

The animals had to get to the top of "La Montagne" (the mountain) 🏔 after crossing "La Rivière" (the river) 🏞 and walking on a path in "La Forêt" (the forest) 🌲🌳🌿

And the big winner was... "Le Singe" (the monkey) 🐵🚩
