🌸 Monika Pavlovic esittelee koirien ja kissojen yksilöllisiä ortooseja (englanniksi)
After years of working in Slovenia, Monika Pavlović is now bringing her expertise in custom-made orthoses and prostheses for animals to Finland.
The story behind Repaw Pet began in 2021, when Monika and her colleague Aljaž combined their professional knowledge and shared love for animals to develop mobility solutions that help pets move better and live more comfortably.
Monika holds a bachelor’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics and a master’s in Kinesiology. After completing her studies, she spent five years teaching orthotics and prosthetics at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Health Sciences (Ljubljana, Slovenia).
Her commitment to innovation and education has been recognized with several awards—including co-mentoring Tamara Črnko’s final thesis, which involved developing a 3D-printed prosthesis for a dog with a front-limb amputation. Tamara later joined the team and now leads the 3D technology development at Repaw Pet.
Now based in Finland, Monika continues her work through Repaw Pet, offering custom orthoses and prostheses for animals. Her mission is simple: to show that animals with mobility challenges can still live happy, active lives—with a little help.
