Last day of ‘HAVING FABULOUS TIME EATING IN MALAGA & surrounding areas ’ ( for now…)
Had few hours to kill - got dropped off in Coín and found a little gem 🥰 my sweeties - sat next to a wall of fabulous wines .. next - Bellota ham & Lomo with Manzanilla turns up .. then two fat smoked sardines on guacamole - now - I don’t know what fish they call sardines here or what is it they do to it but I have never eaten such soft, glorious smoky fish that melts in mouth.. ☺️.. I’m SO coming back - I’ve reserved the table for January ALREADY

What an entrance! Get in, park up and go out to get sherries, gildas, chicherones, smoked sardines with strawberry jam ( bear with me - an absolute WINNER) - and ham . Thursday in reverse.. recipe for from ‘road to perfection’ - everything always looks so unconvincing until you facilitate the final union of tomato confit & meat sauce and OOOH THATS SOOOO GOOOODDDDD .. and yes you need a decent pasta and if you start with 🍹, playlist a dog, it will wind up so much better than you expected on Thursday night..
