If you're passionate about electronics and want to see your work come to life inside a real underwater vehicle, the Hardware Subteam is where you belong.

Our work starts from the ground up. We focus on building a solid understanding of electronics, then move into circuit design, and eventually bring those designs to life through PCB development tailored for integration inside the ROV.

The hardware team is responsible for the entire electrical system of the vehicle, from power distribution and regulation to interfacing with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication systems. Everything we design has to be reliable and efficient under real underwater conditions.

This is a hands-on experience where you’ll turn concepts into working systems, test them, improve them, and solve real engineering challenges along the way.

لو مهتم بالإلكترونيات وعايز تشوف شغلك بيتحوّل لحاجة حقيقية بتتحرك تحت الميه، يبقى الـ Hardware Subteam هو المكان المناسب ليك.

في التيم ده، بنبدأ من الأساسيات… بنفهم الإلكترونيات بشكل عملي، وبنشتغل على تصميم الدوائر، وبعدها بننقل ده لمرحلة الـ PCB Design عشان نطلع ببورد حقيقية تشتغل جوه الغواصة.

شغلنا مش مجرد توصيلات، إحنا مسؤولين عن تصميم وتنفيذ الـ Electrical System بالكامل للـ ROV، من توزيع الباور وتنظيمه، لحد التعامل مع الـ microcontrollers، الحساسات، وكل حاجة بتخلي الغواصة تشتغل بكفاءة واستقرار تحت ظروف صعبة.

هتتعلم إزاي تحوّل فكرة لـ design، وبعدها لمنتج حقيقي بيتجرب ويتطور. وهتكون جزء من عملية فيها problem solving حقيقي وشغل بإيدك مش مجرد نظري.

شغلنا متقسم لمسارين رئيسيين:
⚙️ Control

It’s been two long years, but Torpedo has officially returned to the MATE Egypt Regional ROV Competition arena! 🌊 This season was all about getting back in the game. While we didn't achieve the exact output we were hoping for, the thrill of the competition reminds us why we love doing this. We're so happy to be back on this journey. Wish us luck and stay tuned for bigger things ahead, Insha'Allah! 💪⚙️
