🌞 Morning – The Truth Behind What We Do
Good morning Pack Family! 🐾💛
Today, I want to shine a little light on something most people never truly see:
✨ The REAL work of a Pet Stylist. ✨
People see the cute dogs, the bows, the bandanas, the fresh cuts…
But what they don’t see is how physically demanding this job really is.
Most people don’t realize that a groomer’s day is filled with hard, nonstop work that pushes the entire body.
This job takes skill, patience, speed, and strength.
Grooming is NOT just “washing dogs.”
It’s hours of:
• Power grooming that strains the wrists, shoulders, and back
• Lifting and holding dogs of all sizes
• Standing all day with no real breaks
• Bending, brushing, detangling, drying, clipping, and sc******ng
• Keeping control while making the dog feel safe and comfortable
• Dealing with matted coats, anxious pups, senior dogs, and unpredictable behavior
And the truth is:
Power grooming takes a real toll —
🔥 Tendon strain
🔥 Back and neck pain
🔥 Hand cramps
🔥 Full-body fatigue that lasts long after the shift ends
But groomers still show up.
They still pour love into every groom.
They still make each pup feel their best.
They still give 100% — because this work is more than a job; it’s a calling.
So today…
Show love to your groomers.
Appreciate the effort, the patience, and the heart behind every groom.
Because this job isn’t easy —
But it’s a blessing to be trusted with your pets. 💛🐾
