A dog’s wellbeing over a competition 🤍

Jagger was attacked by a dog while I was training without warning 3 days ago.
To make things worse a second dog join in.

No physical damage happened.
But mental damage was done.

I tried to do a group exercise the next day with him to make sure everything was okay.
But Jagger was NOT comfortable at all.
He was hectic and ready to fight.

I hate it!
Right now Jagger is ready to compete! He is in a very good period.
And then this happens…. I am SO sad…
I wanted so badly to compete this weekend… but it would be because of my own ego if I went…

We’re staying home and repairing

Danish championship 10th place

SO happy and beyond PROVE of this work 😭🤍🤌🏽

The two 0 points in the box + retrieve I simply don’t understand at all 😂🤷🏽‍♀️Same for heelwork?

One thing I hate about this obedience is you are not told WHY the judge give you the points the give you. I sincerely would like to understand this.

One thing I can say - Jagger did the most outstanding smashing program 🔥🥵

We gave them heat and showed how obedience should look like 🔥

In every exercise, in every move, he gave POWER!!

Try show me better obedience than this 🤍

Competition Jagger 🤍
I havn’t really trained Jagger in 3-4 months, ever since we once again was denied the world championship, due to we took a 3 months break despite only showing quality work and high stabil points 😏

… so what you see here is Jagger’s off season shape 🔥🔥🧯.. his mood was so good and so much more in harmony 🥰.. I have MISSED being in the ring!! It was such a joy to do magic in the ring ✨.. he did some big mistake but to be “off season” he did an absolutely beautiful rutine 🤍..
I wanna praise the female judge for comfortable vibes and good judging. It makes a big difference 🫶🏽

🇩🇰 Danish championship + second competition the day after

🤍 Jagger 4th Danish Championship
🤍 Jagger 3 place - second competition the day after

🖤 Rayder 14 place (he wouldn’t jump)
🖤 Rayder 5 place - Second competition

Before we did the last exercise I told Jagger “are you ready to tear this s**t up?”
The exercise was recall 🔥

Jagger was on fire!🔥
It’s the best feeling in the ring with him 🥰🤍🔥 we’re enjoying it is much!

🤍 Jagger
has had problems with the box for a while.
The only exercise where he didn’t shine ✨
… and this scent discrimination 😵‍💫 it took 5 second for him to leave the heelposition and come back with the stick 🔥

🖤 Rayder
Was struggling the first competition. It’s hard for him to sleep in a new place, and with a puppy whining all night.
He has started to think jumping over the jump is difficult and sometimes he just doesn’t wanna jump. I will never be angry with him because of it - I know he doesn’t do anything to p**s me off 🖤

The second day he was himself 🖤 happy and enjoying our time together 🖤

I don’t know how long Rayder will be an active competition dog.
Atm I think he is fighting in the ring.
When Jagger is in the ring he isn’t fighting. He is living. He loves it 🔥

I think 1 more competition and I will decide is Rayder should retire 🖤 it’s up to him 🖤

It’s been a minute…..
We’re back .. did you miss us?

We haven’t competed in a while.. months .. many..
I lost my happiness/joy for FCI competitions.

Why?
Because again this year.. another year.. we were denied competing in the world championship for Denmark.
Both dogs had enough points but all our points were not accepted due to my quarantine in 2023’s World Championship (due to my social skills)
This is facts and just for information cuz people have been asking where we’re at?

So we stepped back from the competitions and just had fun with our training friends — and yeah .. went to Australia and Italy 🥰

Today we stepped back in the ring 🔥
Did you miss us?

I missed being in the ring. Together with the dogs 🤍
I still stay by myself at competitions due to self care.
I’m not doing this to be rude but competitions will get the worst out in people and I’m not here for that

I’m here because of my dogs 🔥

Teenage boy both days - I think that describes it pretty good 🤣

0 points for the box

Smashed into the jump - never dropped the dumbbell- damn what a working boy!

0 pints for the heelwork the second day
I have never gotten 0 points for my heelwork, so that was the first.
and you know what ? So what 🫶🏽🤍

Even though the points were so so bad Jagger still did amazing stuff with loads of power attitude and happiness 🤌🏽🔥

What more can you ask for? Well well, of course it would have been nice with good points as well not gonna lie.🤣
but I would still prefer this work Ethics over anything else 🤍
