Häufig erreichen uns Anfragen wie „Ich möchte einen Platz 20m x 60m bauen, wie teuer wird das konkret?" oder Formulierungen mit anderen vagen Angaben. Die vielleicht frustrierende Antwort darauf lautet, dass das so pauschal nicht gesagt werden kann, weil sich natürlich jedes Bauprojekt grundlegend unterscheidet. So kommt es bei den Kosten ganz erheblich auf die Gegebenheiten vor Ort und die verschiedenen Anforderungen an den zu implementierenden Boden an. Trotzdem wollen wir heute ein bisschen was zum Thema Kosten im Zusammenhang mit unserem HSPG erklären. Dafür gehen wir mit euch eine beispielhafte Rechnung durch, die so letztes Jahr für eine Kundin im Frankfurter Raum gestellt wurde.
Diese Beispielrechnung bezieht sich auf eine Reithalle mit 20m x 60m, bei der die Tragschicht vor Ort bereits vorhanden war. Unsere HSPG-Elastikmatte kostet pro Quadratmeter 19,95 € (zzgl. Verschnitt, Transport, Einbau, Steuern und ggf. Verzollung), sodass bei diesem Projekt für 20 Paletten Kosten i.H.v. 25.047,26 € für die HSPG-Matten entstanden sind. Dazu kamen in diesem Fall Transportkosten I.H.v. 1.100,00 € und Kosten für die Silofolie unter der Matte i.H.v. 1.890,00 €.
Zusatzlich berechnet wurden Kosten für den Reitsand inklusive Zuschlagsstoffen i.H.v. insgesamt 20.300,00 € und Kosten für die ausgeführten Arbeiten und das Personal vor Ort i.H.v. insgesamt 9.350,00 €. Damit ergab sich alles in allem ein Preis von 57.687,26 €, zzgl. 19% MwSt. also ein finaler Rechnungsbetrag i.H.v. 68.647,84 €.
Aber Achtung: Hinzukommen können je nach Einzelfall Kosten für die Baugrunduntersuchung, die Planung und das Genehmigungsverfahren sowie für die Be- und Entwässerung und andere Gestaltung (Beleuchtung, Umzäunung, etc.). Auch, wenn diese Rechnung nur ein Beispiel ist, habt ihr jetzt hoffentlich zumindest eine handfeste Vorstellung, was für Faktoren alles in die Preisbildung reinspielen können. We often receive enquiries such as 'I would like to build a 20m x 60m arena, how much will that be in total?' or similar, rather vague formulations without much detail. The potentially frustrating answer is that it cannot be said in general terms, as naturally every construction project is fundamentally different. The costs depend, for example, very much on the conditions on site and the various requirements for the desired surface. Nevertheless, we want to explain a little about costs in regard to our HSPG. To do this, we will work through an exemplary invoice that was issued last year for a customer in the area of Frankfurt.
This exemplary invoice was issued for an indoor riding arena measuring 20m x 60m, where the base layer was already in place on site. Our HSPG elastic mat costs €19.95 per square metre (plus transport, installation, taxes and customs clearance), meaning costs of €25,047.26 arose for the mats (20 pallets). Furthermore, transport costs of €1,100.00 and costs of €1,890.00 for the silage foil were invoiced.
In addition, costs for the sand including aggregates totalling €20,300.00 and costs for the work carried out and the personnel on site totalling €9,350.00 were calculated. This resulted in a total price of €57,687.26, plus 19% VAT, i.e. a final invoice amount of €68,647.84.
CAUTION: Depending on the individual case, there may arise additional costs for the previous investigation of the grounds on site, planning and the authorisation procedure as well as for drainage and other factors (lighting, fencing, etc.). Hopefully, this example provided you with a solid idea of all the factors that can play a role in costs.
