🇬🇧 Star has been going out to little events this year, mostly fun rides and a TREC. The aim at fun rides was to have a horse who remained calm and manageable despite the others around, being overtaken, caught up, and all that jazz. Mission accomplished last week when he took the lead half way round and kept it, keen and connected, unperturbed by the horses trotting off ahead of us, or overtaking us. He was even up to trying lots of new things without needing Lutin or Bella close to him. Now we have the head in the right place (so to speak) we can start working on the technical aspect of these fun rides and TRECs. 🥰
