Would like to share with all doodle puppy owners that if the precious,fluffy, soft puppy coat gets cut before the adult coat is fully in(takes a good year) the doodle will most likely end up poodled. Reason being, doodles carry more or less double coat genes which ends in a wiry, frizzy often curled up adult if cut prematurely or too much!!Then the coat has to be clipped as it only turns more mat prone from repeated cutting.
In other words if you want the adult coat coming in fluffy plush and free falling, stay away from hair cuts for at least a year to give that coat a chance to shine with its beauty😊then decide what you want to do. F1 coats stop growing at 4 to 7 inches, other generations may or may not keep growing. Meanwhile comb out daily to keep the coat mat free! I put together 12 video guides with my DIY long coat doodle grooming Routine🙏🏻 that way owners have a real chance to succeed in achieving and maintain the long free falling coat😊

1-you must let the adult coat come in all the way (takes a good year)
2-you must comb out the coat daily with the correct tools and techniques!
3-you must never cut more then down to 2 to 3 inches once adult coat is fully in!
4-you must follow my home routine to succeed!😜
