Home needed

Sweet Casey is STILL looking for her happily-ever-after- whether that’s a forever home or a loving foster!

This gentle 5-year-old is in the advanced stage of heartworm disease and needs a calm, cozy place to rest and recover over the next several months. Casey loves being with her people, walks nicely on a leash, and while she might bark a little when meeting new friends, she warms up quickly. She does well with other calm, older dogs, but no rowdy playdates during her treatment.

She’ll need to visit Tails about once a month, but the rest of the time, she just wants a peaceful spot to relax with someone who’ll love her through it all. If you have a low-key home and a big heart, Casey would love to be by your side.
