The busy life of a puppy!
Play, eat, do some training, meet new visitors, P**P, eat some more, and finally sleep.
These pups have met 3 families with little humans, some of our friends and neighbours. Everyone from 3 years old to late 70s, males and females, gentle personality and big boisterous laughter. Nothing phases them.
Part of the meetings is to determine which pup is best suited for a client. Yes I decide, not the client. That’s why i ask a lot of questions of my clients and i meet with them a number of times. It’s got to be the best fit for the puppy.
These puppies are all crate trained, and can walk on a leash, as well as knowing the basic commands like SIT,
The older litter (Jenny’s) has been to the vet for their exam, vaccines, and microchips and are now registered officially with the CKC. F***y’s pups will do the same on May 5.
All of these pups will meet an evaluation team in about 10 days so we can determine who should be included in the dog shows. After that the others will start going to their families.
I know they will have awesome lives because I choose amazing families and more importantly I support the family with ongoing training and education.
I dearly love my Westie pups, but it is emotionally a very hard thing to do. My financial, emotional, and physical investment in these pups is huge.
I would not have it any other way.
