Hi!! Its about time I reintroduced myself!
My name is Leanna!
I'll start with the version of me you all see and know; I'm a 1 on 1 dog groomer, meaning I only ever have 1 dog per person or one family of dogs in at a time! Which means I can direct all of my focus and patience to 1 dog at a time. That way I'm able take as much time as each individual dog needs, never having to rush them. It helps keep everyone calm, dogs and groomer, and doesn't overstimulate anyone!
Now the side of me you don't often see; I am a wife to an amazing man, a homemaker, and a cat mom to Bella who is my childhood cat at the golden age of 10, and Ming who is just over a year🐱

A question I often receive, is why a dog groomer?? Long answer is this: I have always had a love for animals of all kinds. I grew up on a small hobby farm in Sarnia with chickens, turkeys, cats, dogs, and occasional lambs, goats, or squirrels I would foster. I have worked at dog boarding places where I learned to read body language, and get to know so many different breeds. I knew I wanted to continue working with dogs for a career. I started grooming our Maltese dogs when I was 13, right when covid hit and everyone was shut down. Groomers were booked to the max so my parents gave me a clipper and scissors and told me to figure it out🤭after watching many YouTube tutorials I slowly got the hang of it. It didnt take long till friends and family started asking if I could shave their dogs down too. So I started expanding my knowledge from YouTube videos to asking groomers questions and learning everything I could get ahold of.

Fast forward to 2024...I got married, moved to Wheatley, and couldn't find any work anywhere. So I got my husband to gut and renovate our garage and open up my own small grooming salon! Best decision I made! My goal at first was just to do it as a hobby, and earn enough to buy occasional groceries. Little did I know it was going to take off the way it did and blow up into a actual business!!
Now I have a lot of goals for the upcoming years and some fun changes that I will be sharing as time goes on, so stay tuned🤭
