On this , we are celebrating all the pups who bring joy to our lives — especially the black dogs who often get overlooked 🖤. Did you know that black dogs are far less likely to get adopted because of behavioral misconceptions, the ‘lack’ of distinctive features, perceptions and stereotypes of being aggressive or unlucky, and poor visibility in shelters?

Let’s break the stigma and show that every dog, no matter the color, deserves a loving home.

FOOD AS LOVE💞
Part 3 of our series highlights the two littlest and sweetest boys ever, enter Ricky 🎸and his brother, Jaxon Brown 🦊. We first met these two boys and their wonderful mama at In the Raw- one of our favorite dog communities in Vancouver.

Today we are featuring Danielle’s creations, the amazing person behind the boys’ page . Not only are these meals made with so much love but the enrichment is part of the boys’ daily lives- from being home alone, to traveling near and far (this summer, camping!), to settling in new places.

Whether it’s the beginning of fall, Canada Day (did you see the white and red Ollie?! 😍), or even a chilly day, we love how Danielle and these boys celebrate food, from homemade broth and superfoods, dehydrated veg, and locally sourced and made treats— and allll of the holidays.
