Public Announcement: Fauna Marin GmbH Products in Canada
Exotic Reef has been the exclusive distributor for Fauna Marin GmbH products in Canada for nearly 10 years. Due to stringent government regulations, including oversight from Canada Customs and Border Services Agency, Health Canada, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and Environment Canada, only the official Canadian distributor can import these regulated products.
Attention Consumers:
It has come to our notice that some third parties are illegally importing Fauna Marin products into Canada. To ensure you are purchasing legitimate products, look for the round Exotic Reef Authorized Distributor stickers on the bottle caps or near the UPC code. Products without this sticker have not been legally imported and are not supported by us. It is NOT possible for any third party to legally import these products into Canada as Exotic Reef is the exclusive permit holder.
Important Points:
• Legally Imported Products: Only products with the Exotic Reef sticker are legally imported and supported.
• Quality Assurance: Products without our sticker may have compromised quality due to unverifiable storage and transport conditions.
• ICP Tests: ICP tests not of official Canadian origin will not be processed due to EU biosecurity laws. Each ICP sample ID must be registered in compliance with these laws, and unregistered samples cannot be exported back to Germany for processing.
