2. Proof of ownership such as photos/ and or identifying details, or vet records.
3. A carrier for transport home
4. Payment of City of Barrie impound/reclaim fee

This beautiful 14 year old girl was found wandering around Hemmingway Crescent in Barrie this morning. She does have a microchip, however the information is not updated. If this is your sweet girl or if you recognize her please call us at 705-728-7311 Ext.6 for Reception.

🤍Meet Smudge – Our Sweet, Snowy Wallflower🤍

Smudge has been waiting… and waiting… while younger, flashier cats come and go. This beautiful senior girl, with her cloud-like fur and gentle green eyes, keeps getting overlooked – but she has so much love to give in her own quiet way.

She’s not a lap cat, and she doesn’t ask for much. Just a cozy spot by a sunny window, some head scratches, and a little treat puzzle to make her day. Smudge is independent, easygoing, and full of quirky charm. She doesn’t need constant attention – she just wants someone who will let her be herself and love her for it.

At her age, Smudge should be enjoying retirement in a peaceful home… not waiting behind shelter walls.

Please don’t let her spend one more day unseen. She’s not asking for the world — just someone to finally say “yes” to her.
