This week the topic is about wellness exams. It is important that pets have yearly wellness exams even when we are not due any vaccines. The Doctors will listen to your heart and lungs and check your body with a physical exam (like stretching out your legs). They will even make you get onto the weight scale (my least favourite part) but this is to see if you are still feeling your best.

You can ask the staff here and they would tell you that I HATE my toes being touched, however with these steps and tips I have grown to tolerate my pedicure. This can be a stressful and hard task. Here are some helpful tips and steps on how you can perform a stress-free nail trim with your puppy, kitten or senior dogs and cats. We hope these step help you all.

This weeks True Story Thursday is for Diamond. She spent a few days in our clinic on IV fluids with supportive hospitalized care. She was diagnosed with a severe case of pancreatitis, which resulted in her not wanting to eat and having diarrhea. With lots of supportive care we are happy to say that she is doing well at home and eating her gastrointestinal low fat diet.

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued trust and support. Due to an overwhelming demand for veterinary services, we are not accepting new clients at this time. This was a difficult decision, but it's necessary to ensure we can continue to provide the highest quality care to our existing patients.

We understand that this is a stressful time for many pet owners, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenges together. Please be aware that appointment wait times may be longer than usual. Our team is doing everything we can to accommodate each patient with the care and attention they deserve.

We kindly ask that when calling the clinic, you treat our staff with the respect and courtesy they deserve. They are working incredibly hard under pressure, and a little kindness and understanding goes a long way.
