It's been a little while since we took a break to recharge a bit, so we're checking out for 10 days in early June.

From Wednesday, June 3 through Friday, June 12 there will be no deliveries or shipping. We will make a special delivery run on Saturday, June 13 (barring unforeseen circumstances). We'll keep an occasional eye on our email for emergency needs, but we won't be replying to regular emails.

If you wish to pick-up an order in Calgary during that time, it can likely be arranged. Just email us with an obvious subject like "Pick-up Order" or some such, so we can see it clearly when we do check-in.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

** Potential Store Issues **

It looks like our ecommerce host has been having issues throughout the day that affect checing out on the store.

We have implemented a workaround that seems to fix the problem.

Please let us know if you are trying to place an order and can't check out.

If you are holding off on your Holiday hopper, wheeker or chin shopping waiting for some items to restock, then we have some good news!

- We have a Rosewood shipment arriving (supposedly) today, although it will be missing some items due to shortages from the supplier.

- Bunny Bum is on the way! The ETA according to the courier is Friday, December 12, but we're thinking it's more likely to be Monday.

- Small Pet Select is also on the way and should arrive on or around Wednesday, December 17. We're hoping that the freight company routes around the BC flooding to stay on that schedule.

- We have a shipment of Fun4Bunnies loofah and balsa on the way, but it is currently enjoying an extended stay in Cincinnati courtesy of the US Postal Service. We're still hopeful it may start to move, as it's been over a week.

Several customers have asked about Binky Bunny products (Havens, etc). We decided not to order before Christmas as it's tricky to do so cost effectively if they don'y have all the products we are looking for in stock.

We had planned to order more Cottontail Cottages and Hopper Hideaways but, to be honest, it just got lost in the shuffle of the last couple of months. We will be getting more, however we can't say how soon they will arrive.

These Christmas-at-the-end-of-the-week years make it harder to decide when we are going to take a little break. We've decided to take the week before Christmas to actually try and be ready this year! Yeah, we know it's not going to happen.

🚨 POTENTIAL RHD DEATHS 🚨

This morning, the Province of BC announced that deceased wild rabbits were found near Cedar on Vancouver Island. They displayed symptoms of RHD.

The Province is encouraging rabbit owners in the mid-Vancouver Island area to take extra care after several wild rabbits were found dead in Cedar, showing symptoms of rabbit hemorrhagic disease.

📦 Delivery Change 📦

PLEASE NOTE: Friday deliveries will be moved to Saturday this week due to 🎃Halloween.

Since we are normally out delivering during peak goblin hours, this will keep your packages safe and we'll be one less vehicle on neighbourhood streets.
