Many of you know Kayla as the friendly face answering emails, helping clients find the right program, organizing schedules, supporting staff, and basically jumping in wherever she's needed. What you may not know is that this past Saturday marked 10 years with Complete K9!
Over the last decade, Kayla has worn more hats than she can count. From dog walking and training support to client care, administration, staff management, pet sitting coordination, pet sitting herself, and everything in between, she has helped keep the wheels turning behind the scenes while supporting countless dogs and their families along the way.
What began as a job quickly became a passion. Over the years, she has had the privilege of watching nervous puppies grow into confident adults, seeing reactive dogs overcome challenges, and celebrating thousands of success stories with clients and their dogs.
Of course, none of it would have been possible without her own dogs, Mijah and Georgia, who have been by her side through much of the journey and have taught her lessons that only dogs can.
Ten years later, Kayla is still just as passionate about helping dogs and the people who love them. She is incredibly grateful to Heidi for the opportunity, to the amazing Complete K9 team she's worked alongside, and to all of the clients who have trusted Complete K9 with their dogs over the years.
Here's to 10 years of muddy boots, dog hair, early mornings, happy reunions, lifelong friendships, and countless wagging tails.
