Novacoast Aussies was well represented at the regional Australian Shepherd specialty held with the Halifax Kennel Club show. Thank you, Allison Mair, for entering your two Novacoast Aussies and keeping them in such great shape. In an entry of 36 Australian Shepherds, Lucy, shown by Collin, was entered as a veteran (not sure where all the years went) and walked away with two big ribbons...one for select female (second best female in specialty) and best veteran in specialty. Lucy shines in the showring, she loves it so much! Dexter, shown by Allison, also walked away with two big ribbons! Dexter was awarded an award of merit and he also won best brace in specialty with his half brother, Otto. For junior handling, Hailey used Otto for the specialty, winning her class . For the HKC juniors, Hailey used Lucy and won best overall junior! We couldn't be prouder!
