We've seen a few questions recently about our Tick End Fly Spray separating or looking a bit clumpy, and we wanted to provide a helpful update.
A Quick Tip for Best Results
Tick End is formulated with ingredients that can naturally settle or separate while sitting on the shelf, especially during warm summer weather. A quick, vigorous shake before every use will thoroughly remix the formula and ensure it performs as intended.

As part of our quality assurance process, we've reviewed retained samples from our production lots and have not identified a defective batch, either this year or last year.
If you've shaken your bottle well and still feel something isn't right, we'd like to hear from you. Please send us:
1. The lot number printed on the bottle
2. A photo or short video showing the product
3. Where and when it was purchased
We'll review the information promptly, and if we determine your bottle is not performing as it should, we'll gladly provide a replacement.
