We have been having so much fun Georgian Triangle Humane Society. It's hard to believe the season is almost over. The kids are going back to school, but don’t forget about your canines!

There's 🐾 ONE MORE SESSION 🐾 of our Summer/Fall Dog School course, and it starts September 24th! Running on Wednesday nights until October 15th, this 4 week session offers both an Adult and Puppy Basics class, setting your furry best friend up for success!

Led by Jodie of Happy Paws Canine Solutions Dog Training & Walking, these classes cover basic commands, leash skills, and so much more, using positive and humane tactics to build trust and confidence. Classes are limited to 8 dogs in each, providing you and your pup an ideal environment to learn and grow together!

If you've got a bouncy pup or a stubborn adult dog at home, we can help! Just three sessions of GTHS Dog School remain between now and the fall, and adult and puppy basics training turns chaos into connection, one treat and tail wag at a time.

Led by Jodie from Happy Paws Canine Solutions Dog Training & Walking, these 4 week sessions focus on basic skills to help set you and your pet up for success. There is still room in our July session starting on the 23rd, or you can book for upcoming sessions beginning August 20th and September 24th.

We are having so much fun being back at Georgian Triangle Humane Society. There are still a few spaces left for our next class. Don't worry the July long weekend there's no classes. They will resume the following week. 😊🐾🐾

Because 'good girl' and 'good boy' don't just happen: Our Dog School classes help dogs of all ages build manners, confidence, and trust - with plenty of treats along the way!

We still have open spots for both Puppy Basics and Adult Basics in our session starting next Wednesday, June 18th. Our summer session begins on July 23rd. Our classes are 4 weeks long, and cover basic commands and skills for pups just learning the way, or older dogs who need a brush up on their manners. Led by the amazing Jodie Hawker from Happy Paws Canine Solutions Dog Training & Walking, these classes use humane and positive approaches, that strengthen the bond you have with your pet.

Lawrence has been missing his sister. We received smiles today. Lawrence was involved in Sandy's end-of-life process. We provided him with time to acknowledge her passing. This is crucial for dogs residing in the same household. He spent the initial night in her preferred bed, but he is now exhibiting signs of recovery. Regrettably, these situations affect not only us but also our pets. We still have to get used to the three of us, but I know he knows there is happiness.

We're thrilled to be back teaching classes and so proud to announce the graduation of our first group of students! It's been wonderful to witness the growth in their relationships and communication with their dogs over the past few weeks.
