Dear USA customers, we regret to inform you that since mid-September, our shipments of Chick'N Swell products to Amazon USA have either been returned or subjected to punitive tariffs of 200%. Customs authorities have incorrectly processed our documentation, including certificates of origin. All of our paperwork is in order—certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and harmonized codes.

Despite this, some parcels have been treated as if they originated from China. Our carriers have advised us not to send anything at the moment, as shipments are not being processed within normal timeframes due to new rules affecting small shipments under $800.

In short, we are severely affected and have no clear indication of when customs operations will return to normal, or when these unjustified and illegal tariffs will stop being applied.

We sincerely apologize to our U.S. customers for this situation.
