🚨🔔‼️PSA for all the wonderful humans (and their even more fabulous pets): I AM BACK! ‼️🔔🚨

After some forced (yet much-needed) personal time filled with reflection, mourning and stillness, I'm thrilled to announce that I am once again open for house and pet sitting bookings!

If your fur-babies (or scale-babies, feather-babies, or plant-babies - you know I don't judge) need a responsible, loving, slightly snack-bribing human to watch over them, I'm your girl!

I'll be posting my availability by tomorrow morning - right after I remember how my booking apps and calendars work again. So keep an eye out because my spots can go faster than my dogs who just heard their treat bag crinkle.

Let the tail wags, purrs, and happy plants commence! DM me with questions, booking requests, or cute pet pics. (But especially cute pet pics.)

hi my lovely humans. 🌻

i received a rather unfortunate death notification of a family member yesterday and with that news, comes more unfortunate news. i have to cancel a few of our confirmed bookings AND i need to close my calendar (for any new bookings) until further notice. i believe i have reached out to everyone immediately affected by this. i am just sooooooo unbelievably sorry to have to do this. you have absolutely no idea how ill and anxious i’ve been, having to cancel because i know how hard it is to find a trusted person to love on and look after your fur babies AND your beautiful homes.

even though waking up to Mother Nature having tricked us into believing spring was right around the corner, the snow isn’t so bad when a) i have these 4 close by and b) it’s friYAYYYY!

i feel so blessed to have a pack that knows when to chill and just “take a day” to relax before our weekend chores (and another dogsitting stay) begins!

we hope your Friday night (and your upcoming weekend) is both safe and enjoyable! and please, don’t forget to stop and smooch your pooch for me!

all i can say, is THANK YOU for continuing to support me and my little dream of becoming the first person you call to care for your fur-babies. so if you are planning a trip, a holiday, a vacation; anytime in 2025 - no matter how long or short - be sure to contact me soon to secure your spot because dates are disappearing fast!

I AM SO SORRY TO ALL OF MY CLIENTS WHO HAVE BOOKED UPCOMING STAYS WITH ME! Sadly, frustratingly, one of my most irritating nightmares has occurred. If you have a booking with me, PRETTY PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP WITH YOUR HOLI-DATES!

Heckin’ tech! Here’s the sitch: somehow during either an iCloud backup or SIM switch, 99% of my/our dog-sitting bookings on my scheduling apps, in addition to my “note” (where I have a “rough draft” type deal) have both been deleted or moved somewhere I don’t know. Ugh, I am just SO SORRYYYY!

In the meantime, I will be scouring every single text message, direct FB message... and I will try my hardest to beat you lol but I will thank you in advance, by helping me out by re-sending me your holi-DATES in which you require me!

Now I will leave you with a photo of my oldest and my youngest together - Olsen and Bridget - and their faces when I told them what happened to Mawma today.

i knew this day was coming! my poor, sweet iPhone 12 pro is now *completely* full of doggy and pet content LOL. 17,000+ photos and videos of my own pack, my mom’s dog, my sisters dogs, my friends dogs and every 👏🏻 single 👏🏻 one 👏🏻 of my dogsitting clients.

they say ”if you want to learn what someone fears losing, watch what they photograph”. it’s my animals. it’s YOUR animals. i have a bond with each member of my own pack that’s so individualized - you’d think i’d raised them from birth. the dogs and cats (of yours) that i’m lucky enough to meet, i enjoy forming a unique friendship with each one, that makes THEM feel special, loved and safe while their mums and dads are away. 📸🥰📸🥰

guess it’s time to upgrade my cloud storage. or buy a new phone. i don’t know. all i *do* know is how lucky i am to have been able to spend time with so many wildly different and wonderful fur babies and p*eps. ahh! i guess my life is pretty, pretty cool. 📱🍀📱🍀

i am *still* available for daily check-in’s and walkies if any of you need them! you can also send me potential holiday dates that you’re planning beginning in september through to new years! 🗓️🎆🗓️🎆

as my current 6 day and 5 night ‘sitting stretch comes to an end, i make sure to take the time to practice reflection - particularly: “what was the rose, bud and thorn of this stay?” some people use “peak and valley”, “peach and pit” but i think it’s important to utilize a third step, which in my case is “bud” - it can be something you can further work on or just look forward to! ✨💭✨💭

rose: all 3 doggies were so well behaved, well mannered and incredibly loving and calm. they listened and followed directions/commands fantastically; and they were always nearby, and made it a point to follow me around - overall, anyone could tell they just enjoy being with their people. not to mention - all 3 of them radiate love. i really firmly believe they got that from their mama and papa - who are truly, the epitome of kindness and joy.🌹🥀🌹🥀

thorn: during the obligatory “go-outside-in-the-middle-of-the-night” p*e break, the youngest of the pack had their very first bear encounter! despite my best efforts to avoid this, the poor pup came face to face with a medium sized black bear. but (!!!) the dog listened to commands and boom!!! all’s well that ends well! 🐻🧸🐻🧸

bud: i would love to really solidify my relationship with all 3 of these gorgeous doggies. one of the trio fails to remember me when i go over to check-in with their humans before they leave on holiday. *i should note that it’s very important to connect with the pets and their people before every trip to ensure they know your scent and will allow you entry onto their property and home. some dogs will instinctively protect their homes whilst their humans are gone. so making that connection IS👏🏻SO👏🏻IMPORTANT👏🏻!

i already can’t wait to be with all 3 of them againnnnn. hey mama and papa, book your next holiday asap. i will even assist you in finding excursions and planning your itinerary! free of charge hahaha. anything to help! ✈️🌴✈️🌴

question: “aren’t you a dog mom yourself? what do you do with your own dogs while you’re petsitting? do you bring them all with you?” 😬😱🤯

this is a really great question i get asked A LOT! and the answer is: NO WAY JOSÈ!

i have a WONDERFUL partner (who i can confidently confirm is one of the BEST of the BEST dog daddies) and he allows me the freedom to care for other peoples pets! the old adage is true: “it takes a village…”

my own pack, is truly a pack. they are ALWAYS together. you’ll never find one alone, off in the corner - NEVERRRR. they’re all VERY different; breeds, sizes, personalities, quirks, dislikes, neuroses, talents.. yet somehow, we’ve made it work; the 4 of them truly do acknowledge teach other as “family”. we have a medium sized female troublemaker, then we have a large daddy’s girl, an extra large mama’s boy & an extra EXTRA large male pumpkin head! i am highly experienced working with the latter (da big, rowdy dawgs) - when it comes to introductions, walking, training, etc. i‘ve always loved and been around REAL BIG DOGS ever since i was a youngster and i am so grateful that i was able to find/rescue/adopt all these hooligans, and meld them into a family, to have as my own.

if you EVER need someone to watch YOUR little (OR BIG) hooligan or pack, please feel free to give me a shout! i always love meeting new friends (and their humans). but i am booking into late september, however i do keep a cancellation list and can provide daily drop-in’s/check-in’s, as much as 3x daily.

this long weekend, i get to spend with this little guy, T, while his wonderful parents have a (well deserved) weekend away! so while mum & dad are away, auntie keish & T will play!
🎾🎾
at just over a year old, T is slowly but steadily learning all his commands, including, “back to the crate”. [ps: i can’t stress how important it is for our dogs to have a safe space whilst us humans are out of the house!]. since he basically has that command down, we’re working on “fetch, let go/drop it” [as per mama] so he has more things to do, other than LITERALLY go running with his papa lol. T is a BRAND NEW client; this is our first time alone together - but already he’s been a pleasure to hang out, relax AND work with. i can’t wait to see where our journey takes us.
