Strawberries are high in immune system-boosting vitamins, they have fiber and contain omega-3, which helps with coat health.
I also read somewhere that they are supposed to curb the aging process. I don’t know how true that is, but we are going with it.

I mix strawberries with non-fat plain greek yogurt in a blender, and pour into cute molds and freeze them for a treat or meal topper.
It’s an inexpensive and easy way for heathy treat.

Oh Hi!

If you have landed here, it is probably because you know me. And if you know me, you know that I am overly obsessed with my dogs, your dogs, and all things dogs! I am always researching and trying new things to add into my dogs diet that I know will benefit their overall health and keep them happy.
I started making my own dog treats over a year ago, for a few main reasons.
1) I want to know exactly what is going into my dogs body
2) The cost. The cost of "organic" or " healthy" treats at the pet store, is just madness. And even then, what is really in them?

My dogs are my world, and I enjoy creating, experimenting, and mastering different goodies for them to try.

The treats I make, are using simple ingredients and to get back to the basics.
