Hillcrest Animal Hospital

A small animal vet clinic focused on providing the best care to our patients and clients since 1971. Please feel free to drop by and see our hospital.

Currently Hillcrest Animal Hospital employs 4 Veterinarians and 14 staff members housed within a 6,000 square foot facility dedicated to the care of pets in the Quinte area. All aspects of small animal medical and surgical practice are performed within the facility. We are immensely proud of what we have accomplished and believe in the care we give to all of our patients.

⭐️ WELCOME DR. LAUREN BARRY ⭐️

Lauren graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science, Honours in Animal Biology, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University College Dublin, in Ireland. She was born and raised in the Quinte area and is thrilled to be returning back to her hometown to look after the community's pets and their people.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys travelling, rock climbing and being outdoors with her partner and dogs, whether that be hiking, camping or just relaxing at the cottage. She also competes across Ontario in flyball and agility with her dogs

We are beyond excited to have her join our team full time starting Tuesday. Lauren will be in clinic Tuesday-Friday and is accepting new furry friends!

Friday June 27: OPEN 8-5; CLOSED 12-1 for staff meeting

Monday June 30th: OPEN 8-5
Tuesday July 1: CLOSED
Wednesday July 2: OPEN 8-5 and back to regular business hours.
