Like we needed a day to celebrate them…! But we must know, WHO are you celebrating today? Leave us a 📸 in the comments!

Also, sweet MILOU has an update from his foster home!

“Milou: Lighter, Calmer, and Still Full of Mischief! Big news from Curious Milou’s corner of the world: our favourite little explorer has checked two major items off his adventure list! Milou has been neutered and had his hernia repaired, and true to form, he recovered like a champ. His dental is coming up next, and then he’ll have finished his medical to-do list. Milou has also been working hard on his health, and it’s paying off. He has lost 5 pounds, and the difference shows. The pug who used to prefer a short stroll followed by a lie-down in the cool grass can now happily manage an hour-long walk! He seems to be feeling really good, and his foster family says it shows in everything he does…”

🚨 **THREE NEW PUGS. ONE BIG ASK.** 🚨

As we wind down from the summer, it's been a busy few weeks at Pugalug.

Meet our three newest recruits: **Milou, Ellie and Tiny.** 🐾🐾🐾

And as anyone who has ever loved a pug knows, new arrivals often come with new vet bills.

🐶 **Milou** has neutering, hernia repair and dental work ahead of him.

🐶 **Ellie** is being treated for urinary crystals and is expected to need both her spay and surgery on her damaged eye.

🐶 **Tiny** has already been treated for a urinary tract infection and a muscle strain, with more veterinary care potentially ahead.

Before any Pugalug dog is ready for adoption, we make sure they receive the medical care they need. We don't cut corners, and we can't do it without you.

Pugalug is entirely volunteer-run. Your donations help us say **YES** when the next pug needs us.

❤️ **Can you help us cover the cost of caring for our three newest recruits?**

Donate today: https://www.pugalug.com/

Can't donate right now? **Please share this post.** Helping us reach another pug lover matters too.

🐾 Milou. Ellie. Tiny. Three little lives worth investing in.

With love and gratitude, the Pugalug Board + Volunteer Team

“Oh, the adventures of Curious Milou! This curious, persistent, and fun-loving pug is settling into his foster home and making sure there is never a dull moment. Every day brings something new to investigate—whether it’s the backyard, a squeaky toy, a mysterious corner of the house, or, most importantly, the possibility of finding a treat!”

Happy Monday! Everybody help us celebrate NACHO, PPR Alum #332, adopted in 2018.

Here is a wonderful update from her forever home: “Just a quick hello and annual update on little Miss Nacho.
She’s continuing to enjoy life with many adventures and treats along the way. This past year she started to have seizures which are being treated with meds. Same pug ailments along the way but nothing too concerning, finger crossed. Daily eye drops, regular ear cleans and nail trims (lord have mercy) help keep her comfortable. All of this brings us to 17!! 🎂 What a star! Still one of the happiest little ladies I’ve ever met.”

☺️☺️☺️ leave Nacho some birthday wishes below!
