Do you let your dogs sleep on your bed?

A lot of people have mixed feelings about this one.

I personally don't have a problem with it, as long as your dog does not have any behavioral issues associated with being on the bed i.e., possession aggression, territorial aggression etc.

If your dog does show any of the above signs, you need to contact a trainer and in the meantime do not let them up on the bed (for everyone's safety)

I'll be posting a video with more of my thoughts on this topic, but for now, let me know your thoughts below 😊

Lada and Cannoli finished off their training package working on leash manners and they killed it !!!

Sending out a big congrats to these two little lady's who just welcomed another new addition to their family 👶 and have been on their beet behaviour!

Can't wait to see you girls walking the streets on a loose leash, checking in with mom and dad, and not darting off for those pesty squirrels!

*PLACE COMMAND*
This four legged family just graduated their 6 week program! One of the big challenges was working on their "Place" command, especially when people enter the house!
Their mom has put in so much work and it really paid off!

Winnie and her dog momma working hard on their loose leash walking! So proud of these two and how far they have come 🤗

Walking your dog should not be stressful, and part of relieving that stress is being able to walk them on a loose leash. Using a strong 'Heel' or 'With me' command, and a little food encouragement, we see here just how easy and enjoyable a walk can be.

**SEPARATION ANXIETY**

Tired of coming home to the first image or worse?

Separation anxiety is common in a number of dogs, especially over the past few years. With many people off to work again, and kids off to school, this unwanted behavior is seen too frequently.

Training your dog to relax and remain calm when you leave is a combination of training, changing departure cues, using tools to aid in your pets comfort when home alone, slowly increasing the duration of your absence and providing your dog with the mental stability to understand that the departure is just temporary, and you will be coming back.
