Our mission is to bring love and hope into the lives of innocent animals through rescue, rehabilitation and adoption with focus on semi-feral and feral cats.

We have been rescuing stray, abandoned, feral and semi-feral cats and kittens for 12 years now. To date, we have rescued, vaccinated, spayed/neutered over 400 cats and kittens from the City of Thunder Bay. We also feed six stray cat colonies daily.

Poor Milos… vet appt. yesterday. Milos is FIV positive. He is now anemic and has an ear infection. Also his stomatitis is back even though he had all his teeth extracted. Milos has started on meds and we will see how he is doing in a couple of weeks. 💔

Diamond Keatley
2011 - October 20, 2026 💔

Diamond’s malignant tumour came back even bigger than before her surgery less than 2 months ago. Rather than put her through another surgery to remove a section of her bowel we decided to relieve her suffering. Thank you for 15 beautiful years sweet pea. 😭

Fly high with the angels sweet Diamond. We will love you until the end of time. Grandma is waiting for you at the bridge. 🙏

Update: Due to a cyber attack resulting in criminal activity, going forward we will be extremely limited in what we post. Thank you to the those who brought us much needed cat food and other cat supplies. DO NOT send e-transfers. We will also no longer be posting peoples’ names to ensure safety. Thank you for your understanding. This sure is a scary world we are living in. Please know that we continue as a rescue… just will not post anything that could lead to fraudulent activity. 😢💔

Our sweet, sweet palliative boy Aspen had an emergency vet appt. today. We were not sure we would even be returning home with him. 😭💔
Aspen had green mucous in his tiny nose. He was a bit dehydrated and blood work shows slight anemia. Blood work showed no liver or kidney failure. Aspen had IV fluids, antibiotics and his Depo shot. He was purring like crazy at the vet’s. Appetite is good - Aspen is on a high protein diet and ate half a New York Strip steak last night. He has also gained weight slightly. One day at a time with our precious boy… but it was not today…. 🙏💜

Poor Autumn had abscesses that actually migrated to his sinuses. Dental was never an option because of his heart. Thank you Dr. Panontin for the amazing and careful work at pulling Autumn’s teeth. He is in pain but will feel better soon. 🙏
