Its absolutely CRAZY to me that THIS "rescue" RAGS to riches is always BEGGING for donations... BUT they keep a cat that is NOT theirs! They still REFUSE to release OUR cat but they continue to waste their $$$ legal fees!
Absolutely disgusting!!!!
We have ALLLLLL the LEGAL documentation showing that we DO own Rosco but they still continue to fight and spend funds they do not have on legal fees!

Our cat, Rosco, has still NOT been returned to us.
We have clear documentation supporting our lawful ownership, including an adoption agreement and records of care. This matter is now in the legal system, where the facts, not opinions; will determine the outcome.
This situation has gone on for far too long. It is forcing our family into unnecessary legal costs and conflict that could be resolved immediately.
But beyond the legal side, there is a living animal at the center of alllll this.
Rosco has been kept away from his home, his family his routine, and the people he knows, loves and trusts for an extended period of time. Prolonged separation and confinement can have real impacts on an animal’s health and well-being. Let's pray that Rosco is still healthy.
This should not be about prolonging a dispute. It should be about doing what is RIGHT! We have NEVER been offered to adopt him. Or to pay for neutering to have him returned. We were never given any options at all. We want the community to also be aware as we do have all the proof to back up what we are saying and what we are going through.
We will continue to pursue every legal avenue available to us until Rosco is returned home to us.
Bring Rosco home. End this now.
NO one would ever fight this much if it was US that was in the wrong however it is NOT us.

REALLY?! OMG SERIOUSLY.... THEY SEEM PRETTY DESPERATE!

1. ​It smells like desperation: Rescues that are operating legally and transparently don't need random people to vouch for them—their medical records, vet relationships, and healthy animals do that.
2. ​The "Second-Hand" Problem: Most people who "vouch" in these situations have only seen the "happy adoption" side. They haven't been in the shed, they haven't seen the 250+ cats, and they haven't seen the emergency vet bills of adopters.
3. ​It confirms they are feeling the heat: They wouldn't be asking for public validation if the PAWS investigation and lack of transparency were working.

STOP STEALING CATS AND ADOPTING OUT SICK CATS AND THAT ALONE WILL HELP YOUR "RESCUE"..
