Good morning 😊👋 Did you know that today is Healthy People Healthy Parks Day?! That means that it is absolutely free to go explore and enjoy any Provincial Park for the day. Below is a list of all the parks. 🥰

Spending time in nature is good for you. We feel this every time we step outside to hike, camp, paddle, or just be in natural spaces. A wide body of research supports the physical and mental benefits of nature.

BIG SHOUT out to our volunteer newsletter "Ask the Trainer" columnists! This year we are welcoming Karen Baxter (Unified K9 Behaviour Centre) to our newsletter team and look forward to her guidance as well!
