I've dropped the ball on posting our hours as of late so here is an update! The shop is closed today and tomorrow but I will be there on Friday.

Going forward, I will typically be working in the salon on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If I take a Saturday off, I'll make up the time with an additional weekday.
Another groomer is available on Mondays and Wednesdays at a minimum, which will provide more appointment options. That said, we're flexible and may adjust our schedule based on demand.
During the summer months, our hours can occasionally vary due to dog shows and horse events, so some weeks (like this one) may look a little different than our usual schedule.
However, there is never anyone too far away so if you need anything at all, please reach out.

🐾 Calling all well-behaved pups! 🐾

I'm looking for a few client dogs to join me in some upcoming parades to help represent Designer Mutts by Laura!

Potential parade dates:
🎉 Carseland – June 20
🎉 Langdon – July 18

Dogs must be:
✅ Friendly and non-reactive around people and other dogs
✅ Comfortable walking near horses
✅ Able to handle crowds, noise, and parade activity
✅ Comfortable walking on leash for the duration of the parade
✅ Generally "saints" in public 😊

As a thank you, participating dogs will receive a significant discount on their next grooming appointment!

Darren's foster mom brought him for a bath and deshed yesterday. This one-eyed happy guy is so sweet and did great for his bath AND nail trim! The dryer didn't phase him either. He is available for adoption through Rescued Paws at Alpine Foundation.

Dunkin's sister, Dani-Girl came for her first groom this week. Then did some shopping and we had a bit of a play. I like to spend extra time with the puppies to ensure their first experience is a positive one. She is very food motivated so treats also helped.

Now is the time to book your double coated dog in for a sping cleanup which will include a bath and deshed. The shampoo we use is specially formulated to help the deshedding process

I just wanted to share how happy I am with the new groomer I’ve welcomed to the salon! Angie has been absolutely wonderful with the dogs — she truly loves them and it shows in her gentle, caring approach. Working alongside her these past two weeks has been such a pleasure.
I will be away from the salon next week, but Angie will be there taking great care of your pups (Mon to Thurs 9-4) 🐾
