Happy Tails Boutique has been nominated for New Business of the Year by the Quesnel & District Chamber of Commerce. 🏆
This recognition means so much to us, as it reflects two of our biggest commitments as a small business: engaging with other local businesses and playing an active role in our community. It also reflects our dedication to excellent service and high-quality products; our carefully researched, locally sourced products ensures our customers and their pets receive the very best.
Since opening, we’ve made it a priority to be active and engaged in the community — attending events like the Cariboo Stock Dog Trials, Pride in the Park, and the WQBA Night Market, as well as visiting the Sugarloaf Dog Park with treats to introduce ourselves to the dog community. And spoiler alert: We’ll also be at the Fall Fair this year!
Beyond events, we encourage people to stop by our store not only for our products and services, but also simply for the chance to connect and socialize, both for themselves and their pets. Our doors are always open, and we love seeing both familiar and new faces.
We’ve also been proud to give back through donations and sponsorships, supporting events such as the Quesnel Rodeo, Total Pet's fundraiser for our local SPCA, Barkerville Brewery’s Pups n’ Pints, and a variety of local tournaments.
Our vision has always been to contribute to a community where pets and their people feel supported, connected, and cared for. 💛
