Twas a short trip but a good one! Got some good riding in and had so much fun. The weather was not really cooperating, the trails were pretty wet but It was so nice to be able to share this experience with my friend who came all the way from Quebec to see me. She was ready for a WILD adventure and she got it 😆 It was pretty special for me to be able to take her to a place that I love, and sharing some great moments with my daughter and I. Thanks Jess for being part of this awesome adventure!
The horses were once again amazing, and I am so thankful to have such reliable mounts. From lessons to extreme trail rides, they are always ready. We all agreed we would do it again in a heartbeat 💓

Great show at the Vermilion Fair. We started off the light horse show Friday and finished with the gymkhana today. The competition was tougher, the classes were bigger, but the girls shined! Lots of ribbons and prizes for these young ladies ⭐️ Once again, I am just so proud and amazed on how well they all performed.
Milo and Mr. Grey- best show ever! Milo even braved a ba****ck class and finished in the top 5! She had never loped ba****ck before and the class was pretty much just that 😆. It was amazing to watch. Even all her ribbons could not top that! Definitely the highlight of the day 😊

Aurelia and Dixie- rocked all their classes, looked so cute in tgeir costume class, won 1st place in the equitation class and brought home a pretty sweet prize💕 Once again, well done!
Amy and Lady- personal best for both!! Very tough competition but still managed to be right up there and collect the ribbons, and a first and second place at gymkhana. Way to go!👍

First things first, this week has been a great week for lots of WV riders! Such improvements and milestones reached. Although this heat has impacted some lessons, it was nice to see everyone progressing well. Al Capony has found another friend 😆
I cannot wait to see this pair ride again!

It’s a pretty busy at Windy Valley. Started off with a visit to the vet for dental work, lots of lessons, teaching some eager students how to introduce ground work,and getting ready for the show this coming Friday! Wish us luck 🍀 I’m very thankful to have my assistant working with me and helping out with lessons and chores. Thanks Amy💕

Great day spent at the Edgerton ag grounds for the gymkhana. Once again, the girls did not disappoint 😃
Switching up horses, trying new stuff, discovering that Twizzler actually likes Twizzlers , just giggles all around. Just a fun day cheering on everyone and they all got to bring some cash home! Good job ladies 👏

Today was the horse show at the Edgerton ag grounds. The girls made me proud once again! It just blows my mind to see these young ladies look so amazing! I often have to remind them that they are competing on horses that are not theirs( because they can be hard on themselves) Unlike the other competitors, these ladies do not own the horses they show and only ride them once or twice a week. It is impressive to see them show up and do so well. The work they put it and the determination I see every time they are challenged, just makes me more proud…like that can be possible!! Good job ladies and rest up for tomorrow, it’s gonna be a fun one 😃
