There is nothing more freeing than confronting yourself on your s**t.

And with equal parts love and fierceness, walking yourself through the fire, the tidal waves, through the ever so uncomfortable (yet know comflrtable) shadows.

You can free yourself from anything if you can see yourself.

Everything and everyone (people, situations, animals, relationships) around you will reflect back to you pieces of yourself that you are not fully conscious of yet. These pieces of yourself that you can’t fully see, won’t be brought into your full awareness, your full consciousness, until you are ready, until you have the capacity to hold them.

All in divine time.

To compassionately hold the most hidden and tender parts of yourself and see them for what they are - not right or wrong - takes deep courage and grace and humour.

When you lean into what makes you most uncomfortable, what makes your skin crawl and your gut churn, you ignite magic. You find your gifts, your grit, your center and your sparkle.

Wisdom, abundance and purpose are found within. In the places you don’t want to go. In the places you likely fear the most.

My calendar has been filling up over the past couple of weeks with training sessions and walking clients and I feel so ignited with passion and in appreciation for being able to share of myself in this way and support our community through supporting the humans and dogs living within it.

It’s all one big dance of energy and I’m happy to be living and playing in it.

There is nothing I’m more enthusiastic about than reconnecting us to the intuition that lives in our bodies and I’m grateful to do that work through and with dogs.
