Getting our summer schedule ready.!!

If you have a specific day that works best for you please let me know. As of right now Mondays are booked, Wednesday has 1 spot open, Thursday and Saturday are open.

Intro to horses program ends May 16th.

Please let me know if you have daytime availability once school is done the end of June.

Looking forward to another awesome summer of lessons.

Just a reminder, it’s mucky season so please wear rubber boots and bring your riding boots along.

Introduction to Horses Program

We’ve been having so much fun, I haven’t had a chance to get many photos this year.

We did something a bit different this program and offered it to adults as well as youth. I’m not sure who’s having more fun, the adults or the youth.

We have some students that have groomed horses for the first time and some that haven’t been around horses in a long time.

I truly enjoy coaching this program. It offers so much information to students that isn’t taught during regular lessons. As a western foundation coach, we still learn a bit about English riding and the origins behind both English and western riding.

Only a couple more sessions left of this program. Possibility of offering another program in the fall.

Spring has sprung.!! (Minus today’s snow storm)

**Edit : Please park near the shop with the amount of snow there isn’t much room at the end of the lane way**

With that being said, the laneway to the arena is a muddy mess. Please park down at the bottom of the laneway and walk up to the arena.

We don’t want to make the laneway and worse than it is.

When your granddaughter can’t ride due to injury, you take her spot.

It was so great to have Marion in a lesson on Saturday. She did great for not having formal lessons is many years.

I say this all the time, but Bentley truly is the best pony.!!

No only has he been a great teacher for the students but he’s also Suttons best friend.

Sutton had her first lope today on lunge line. As a mom I couldn’t be more proud of them both.

Bentley and Sutton will be on the trailer heading out for their first jackpot season. I can’t wait to take you all along on their journey.

This program is great for EVERYONE :
Whether you have some horse experience or you have none, this program is perfect to help increase your knowledge of horses. During our program we learn so many amazing things including the origins of Horses, English and Western riding, horse and barn safety, understand the risks of horses, a foundation of horsemanship, and so much more.

Mix of Youth and Adults
8 Participants

March 21st- May 2nd
11am - 1pm
$400.00 / Participant
50% Deposit due at time of registration
Remainder Due March 21st, 2026

I am a Registered Coach with Equestrian Canada that focuses on Western Foundation Riding.

Each participant will receive a Booklet at the beginning of the program that we will work through it as a group each week and they will keep them at the end of the program.

During this program you will learn proper horse care, horse handling, grooming, tacking, and the basics of riding a horse. This is going to be a super fun and jam packed 6 weeks of horse learning!!

Zayden started with me on a lead line at a walk. He is now confidently loping Bentley around the arena.

Considering offering a Spring Introduction To Horses program.

Is there interest in this program again?

We’ve had success with this program in the past. It’s very educational and gives students a good understanding of horses, grooming, feeding, riding, and so much more.

Client looking for the perfect kids horse.!!

If anyone knows our boy Red, we are looking for something very similar. Something that will go walk jog for young ones but will also teach a novice rider to advance her skills.

~ MUST be kid beginner safe, no exceptions!!! If you don’t trust putting your beginner child on it, we don’t want it.
~ over 14.2 hands
~ over 12 years old, will look at older horses
~ needs to be sound with minimal maintenance
~ no specific colour or breed

Willing to travel a little bit for the perfect horse.
