Nope.
In early postpartum, rest is recovery.

Your body is healing trauma, wounds, hormones, and exhaustion — not training for a comeback. Pushing through pain doesn’t make you heal faster. It makes healing harder.

Rest isn’t lazy.
Rest isn’t optional.
Rest is medical.

You’re not falling behind.
You’re recovering.

Also, healing isn't one size fits all. What works for one won't work for all.
