- Update- Max found a perfect fit family-
It truly saddens me to make this post, as this boy has my heart. He would stay with us if we didn’t have 3 doggies already.
This gloriously handsome man is Max. He is the last remaining of our litter. He is the most affectionate fluff ball. In the morning I sing to him and he howls back. He has always pushed his way through to be the first to give kisses. He follows me around the house, doesn’t leave my side. He whines when I go upstairs and want hugs on my return. If he could live his life being carried he would be in his glory.
Now, he’s a bit fat. He gets stuck trying to get under the couch, every day and multiple times a day. Weighing in at double his siblings, 28lbs, he is round with short legs and he will be big. He’s also a bit slow, this adds to his charm I find though. Unlike the others he has never grasped p*e pad training, he will look you dead in the eyes while p*eing on your floor. He has recently been door signaling so may be starting to catch on to outdoor training. He is crate trained, yet does cry for a few mins when he goes in. He also hates the car. I take him any chance I get and no matter what I try, food withholding/comfort items, he cries and pukes.
He’s a handful but he’s a heart full too. Sweetest man alive.
We hope to find a family who will understand and have patience with his shortcomings yet also appreciate and embrace his loving and loyal ways. He’s going to be an amazing family dog for sure 🥰❤️❤️
