"He's a working dog, the dye has no benefit"
"He WAS beautiful before you ruined his coat"

Just like tattoos and humans dying their hair, it's not for everyone and it doesn't have to have a "benefit".

As a dog groomer, I know to use pet safe products like OPAWZ to do some creative grooming (which is a thing by the way)

The dogs like the attention they get during the process and when they look unique in public. It causes no harm to the dogs when done properly.

It's just another thing that people have strong opinions about but again, it does not make it evil 🤦🏻‍♀️

When I dye my dogs, they jump on the grooming table without being asked and I can do the whole process without restraints. I don't need to hear about how they "can't consent" - they're dogs. If they didn't like it, they'd leave. They would show it in their body language 🤷🏻‍♀️
