We would like to introduce you all to our new arrival, Pewter!

Pewter is a 7 year old male corn snake. As you can probably tell, Pewter LOVES new items, from enrichment items, to cork branches. He is a bit shy when being handled, but he is overall coming out of his shell.

Pewter will be available for adoption after quarantine.

Here is another long-time resident, Waffle, our blue tongue skink. Waffle has been with Galaxy Reptile Rescue for 3 years. Waffle foster home is working hard on his weight problem, as he is a bit on the heavy side. This little breakfast good is a great cuddle buddy, and enjoys being wrapped up like a burrito.

Have you missed us? We are sorry we haven't posted in a while! We have been hard at work with adoption visitations, many adoption applications, a few medical appointments, and several events lined up.

Well, enough about that! Let's talk about our new gal, Nora!

A young, typically crested gecko (I like to jump)!
Nora has a bit of a kink in her tail, but that doesn't slow her down. Nora doesn't have any underlying medical concerns and hopes she can find her forever home soon.

Big, an almost 10 year old leopard gecko has been with us for far too long (since 2021).
Like her name, she has a BIG motivation for food. She's hand-tamed and doesn't mind coming out to hang! We're hoping 2025 is Big's year to find her forever home.

Dovah is a five and half year old, shy girl. She's certainly skittish with handling, but calms a fair bit when she's out in your hands. Not trustworthy, yet, though. It's a work in progress!
Dovah LOVES to eat! It's ALMOST enough to immediately overcome her shyness. So we can say she's food motivated ;)
Dovah doesn't have any underlying medical issues. She's ready to find her forever person or family.

Our wonderful RVT was once again teaching promising Veterinary Technicians in training from Collège Boréal. It's fantastic to see all the enthusiasm that future technicians have for the reptile community!

Here is Slater the cornsnake. This young man (almost a year old) has been enjoying his time at Galaxy Reptile Rescue. However, he is really hoping to find his forever home in 2025!

Slaters' friendly and outgoing personality makes him a great candidate for any home.
He is eating well and is very excited when it comes to dinner time. Slater has no medical issues.
