PRICE & SCHEDULE UPDATE

Please take a moment to read through this important update.
Over the past while, I’ve had a lot on my plate balancing family and business life, and I want to thank you all for your patience and continued support. To help things run more smoothly for everyone, I’ll be making a couple of important changes starting November 1st and January 1st
1️⃣ Scheduling Update
I’ll now be providing a 1-hour arrival window instead of a specific time. This small change allows for more flexibility when unexpected things happen — like traffic, a dog taking a little longer, or last-minute changes. I’ll still let you know whether I expect to arrive in the first or second half of that hour, but please plan to be available during that window.
For clients who rely on lunchtime visits, I’ll do my best to keep your appointment within your usual timeframe. This will be implemented NOV 1st.
2️⃣ Price Adjustment
After holding my prices steady for the past two years, I will be implementing a $5 per pet increase in the NEW YEAR. This decision hasn’t come lightly — I know times are tough for everyone. However, with rising costs in gas, tools, and general expenses, it’s become necessary to align pricing with the current economy and industry standards.
With over 15 years of experience and 10 years in business, I’ve always worked to keep my services fair and competitive while maintaining quality care — and that commitment remains unchanged.
