To all of my wonderful clients, I know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me, and I want to be open with you about why. I appreciate each and everyone of you and although there are too many of you to reach out to individually, please know that I write this with so much love for each of you. The year 2025 has challenged me in ways I never imagined. Having been diagnosed with PTSD in 2017, I’ve worked incredibly hard to get to a better place, especially over the past few years. But in the blink of an eye—actually, twice—everything I had built up was suddenly taken away.
Since 2022, I’ve been committed to therapy and personal growth. Just when I thought I was making progress, life threw new challenges my way, teaching me important lessons about resilience and growth. After my father passed in 2017, and even through messages from him during medium appointments, I was reminded time and again to slow down—for myself and most importantly, for my children. It has taken me longer than I hoped to fully accept this, but I now realize I must prioritize my well-being.
At this time, I am unable to continue accommodating all the wonderful clients I’ve had the joy of serving through Beauty & the Beast Pet Grooming. Letting people down is one of my greatest fears, but I need to focus on healing and self-care first.
This decision to pause operations has been incredibly difficult, but please know this is not the end of my journey. I am passionate about what I do—spending my days pampering my furry friends and sharing doggy kisses—and I look forward to returning stronger than ever.
Stay tuned for “Phoenix Paws Rising” (Phoenix Paws), a new chapter inspired by growth and renewal.
Thank you for your understanding and support ♥️🙏
