Buyer Beware: Beware of Unscrupulous Sellers
We recently had a disturbing experience with a trade that went horribly wrong. A lady approached us, eager to trade her axolotls and a frog for one of our snakes. She presented herself as a knowledgeable and caring owner, claiming her family needed a new pet.

The Truth Revealed
Tragically, one of the axolotls died shortly after arrival, before we could even introduce it to its new tank. It was clear that the animal was in far worse condition than initially claimed. All seemed to be in good health when picked up.,

The Shocking Twist
To our surprise, the same lady is now selling our traded animals online for a profit. This raises serious concerns about her true intentions and the welfare of the animals in her care.

Protect Yourself and the Animals
When dealing with online trades or purchases:

1. Research the seller thoroughly.
2. Ask for detailed information about the animal's health, history, and living conditions.
3. Be wary of sellers who are overly eager or pushy.
4. Consider seeking advice from experienced animal care professionals.

Let's Prioritize Animal Welfare
Together, we can create a community that values the well-being and safety of animals. Share your own experiences and tips in the comments below.

Stay vigilant, and let's keep our animal friends safe!

A Heartfelt Thank You from Our Rescue Team!

We've been quiet on social media lately, but that doesn't mean we've slowed down! Our team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to rescue and care for reptiles in need.

Today was a prime example - we embarked on a 400km round-trip journey to rescue a beautiful Blue Tongue Skink, only to be surprised with a stunning Giant Corn Snake!

We're also thrilled to share that we recently rescued a hermit crab who had been alone for a little bit now, But is now settling into its new home with some crustacean companions!

We couldn't do any of this without YOUR support! Your donations have been instrumental in helping us provide top-notch care for our rescues. From tanks and hides to lights and soil, every contribution helps us keep costs down and focus on what matters most - giving these incredible animals a second chance.

Thank you for following us, sharing our passion, and being part of our rescue journey!

Every little bit helps, and we're grateful for your support!
