Boarding and Grooming Facility Manager:

The new BHS Boarding and Grooming Facility will provide a reliable source of revenue to assist with the operational expenses of the Battlefords Humane Society Shelter.

As the BHS Boarding and Grooming Facility Manager, your role will be to oversee the day to day operations and provide high-quality service that will help attract and maintain clientele.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee operations for all aspects of the Facility
Hire, train and supervise staff
Create work schedules
Develop and enforce policies and procedures
Ensure a high quality of care for all animals
Ensure a clean and well maintained Facility
Prepare and deliver operational reports to a Board of Directors

*Experience with animals is essential

This is a full-time position (40+ hours / week)

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
