Many people aren’t aware that activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the “rest and digest” branch of your nervous system can be one of the most powerful tools for health, habit change, and emotional healing. A fascinating snippet from a reading with Ghost, a cat that crossed over this week: Is Ghost happy and free from pain?
~Yes I am in Spirit now. I do not have a body to feel pain with, that is a phenomena of the third dimension. When we are in Spirit we are connected to Source. Source is pure love. We are always connected to source whether we are on Earth or in Spirit but sometimes forget when we go through the hardships of life. Death is much easier than life. Humans have it backwards. I am happy I am my true authentic self. I am free.

I got in touch with Katherine out of desperation as I had lost one of my beloved cats. It was not the first time he did a disappearance but this time was different as it lasted for more than 3 days. I wanted to either have closure or, know that I have to keep looking. I had a friend refer Katherine, as I knew I needed her help with my lost cat. The first appointment available was a couple days ahead. Everyday waiting for his return was a new stage of hope and grief. I was inspired by the thought that as an animal communicator, my cat Felix could be reached. Feeling restless the day before our session, I went in a wooded area I felt he would have been and asked him to come back. The next day, Felix was found! I let Katherine know and was preparing some questions for his whereabouts. Katherine shared his location with me, as in, the relative position of where he was when hiding; East to North-East. He was indeed found East of our property. We decided to track his whereabouts after this with a Tracking collar so we would know where he spends most of his time. Sure enough, the mapping showed his tendencies to head North-East and survey/patrol all the way East. To the East there is forest land where he roams. Katherine recounted from his experience that he had met a bear in there and stayed put after that frightful experience. I would recommend using Katherine’s intuitive sense for helping anyone in a distressful situation with their lost pet.

After the reading, Aerial moved to the bed on her own with Maretto next to her. I'm in shock that they are getting a long and not fighting. I'm here with them and it feels so good and natural. Later, Maretto just carefully hopped off the bed and casually walked out of the room without Aerial chasing her. I'm so proud of Aerial. Thank you will never be enough. ❤️

Debra Easton and I had a big adventure this week with a momma and baby moose! It began on Debbie’s birthday when we arrived at the acreage to see a female moose 25 feet from the house. She slowly walked on to reveal a newborn baby in tow. The mother moved along and we didn’t see the pair for a few days until late this afternoon. We were walking the perimeter checking the fencing and removing fallen trees. As we walked east we heard a strange sound and the crunching of breaking branches. There was the momma moose! We noticed a strange movement on the ground and looked closer. The baby was caught up in the fence. Debbie walked towards the baby to free her while I kept watch. the momma stayed near but was not hostile towards us. We freed the baby’s leg but she didn’t walk or run away. The momma left and baby couldn’t walk. We were concerned about the baby being vulnerable to predators. She let us pick her up! We drove her to the Alberta Institute of Wildlife Conservation. We are hoping her injuries are minor so she can be brought back to the acreage soon and reunite with her mom.
