And just like that...Auntie Sadie had her last day on the trails with DTW 🥲

Thank you Sadie for nearly three years as a Small Pack Walk Leader; for hiking through the elements, hosting sleepovers, holding down the fort when I needed a break...& for leaving behind some seriously big shoes to fill 🥾

I'll never forget when we flew to LA for 24 hours to see the Eras Tour for our 'staff party' & I truly couldn't imagine these last few years without you! 🪩🐾

Much like myself, I know many will be sad to see Sadie go...but I'm happy to share that you'll still be able to see her smiling face behind the front desk at Coast Mountain Vets ☺️

Thank you Auntie Sadie, for the exceptional care you have provided our people & pups over the years. We can't wait to see what your future working with animals will behold! 💜✨️

DTW is a locally owned dog care business that has been providing safe, fun & positive experiences since 2020. We focus on meeting the mental & physical needs of our dogs to provide the best service possible for our amazing local clients 🐾

We offer:
✔️ Paid training, ongoing education and mentorship.
✔️ Competitive compensation ($35+ per hour PLUS tips!)
✔️ Health benefits and access to WB spirit pass program.
✔️ A set weekly schedule of amazing doggos built around your lifestyle!
✔️ The option of working 2-5 days per week.

Job Requirements:
✔️ Prior experience working with animals.
✔️ Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable truck or SUV.
✔️ Willing to commit to 3-5 full days (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) of work.
✔️ Valid Fear Free Pet Sitters & Canine First Aid certificates.
✔️ Strong written and spoken communication skills.
✔️ Be physically fit/able to hike on rugged terrain for 1.5 hours twice daily.
✔️ Stable housing and plans to stay in Whistler at least 1 year.

Hi DTW Fam & Happy Summer Solstice ☀️

Just checking in after a very busy spring! 🐝 ...

First up is that dog dad & I got married on our 7th anniversary in Jamaica with 8 of our closest people (and our dogs as cake toppers of course 🤣). I'm so lucky to have a partner who has supported me throughout all the ups and downs of starting & running my own business; I wouldn't be doing this without you 😘

Secondly, I would like to wish you a Happy PRIDE month! This will always be an inclusive space for our LGBTQIA+ community 🌈

Next up, I would like to acknowledge that National Indigenous People's Day was on Saturday 🔶 Here in Whistler, BC we're privileged to adventure on the shared, unceded territory of the Squamish and Lil'wat Nations 🌲🦅🏔️
