Looking for a unique and fun way to showcase your dog or cat?

As I’ve been getting back into drawing and taking on commissions, I’m opening TWO introductory commission spots for pet portraits!

These are 9×12" colored pencil portraits in a semi-realistic style. Combining realistic details with visible pencil texture and a softer, expressive finish. I’m really loving how much personality this style brings to each portrait.

Sending some extra love to Jessica, Bunchy’s mom. ❤️

This career is wonderful in so many ways, but like anything else in life, there are moments when it gets a little tough.

Jessica came to see me a few years ago with both of her dogs, Bunchy and Wasabi. Both rescues, they needed an environment like mine where they could feel comfortable, safe, and truly thrive in the grooming environment.

I’m absolutely so grateful that people trust me with their pets and allow me to make them feel and look their very best. But one of the harder parts of this job is watching these sweet souls grow older and eventually having to say goodbye. 💔

Bunchy came to see me one last time for a nice final groom. It was such a bittersweet moment. I loved being able to give him so many cuddles and soak up every last minute with him before finally having to call his mom to come pick him up. It was hard. I think I could have kept him forever. ❤️

Love you, Bunchy. Rest peacefully, my sweet boy. 🌈🐾

Thank you for letting me be a small part of your life. ❤️
