alot of pets don't wear tags inside the house and if they do, they can get lost or break. it only takes 1 time for something to happen and your pet gets lost so keep your pet safe for life and get them Microchipped ❤️❤️ In case your pet is stolen, you can report the Chip as stolen depending on which Registry you use and if those people bring your dog to any Vet, they will scan it and it will say s

tolen so the Vet will take the dog in the back an call the police 👍👍. As stated in my Bio unfortunately I cannot drive so I'm limited to Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview and my trusted sidekick, my Medical Alert Service Dog Zoey comes with me to every house call but don't worry, she just stays outside.

Zoey saw a huge squirrel 🐿️ across the street from a client today but was able to control her impulse control which I am very proud of her so after I was done with my appointment we went to get her a teddy 🧸 to which she was pretty happy to say the least 😂

I just want to take a moment to say congratulations to all the athletes that competed in the Special Olympics summer games especially this young lady who I've been trimming her beautiful dog's nails for many years now. So many medals are coming back to NB including 4 silver 🥈🥈🥈🥈 medals in her event.. powerlifting 🏋🏼‍♀️ she's a beast and I absolutely love her and her family, they are the most kind hearted people you will ever meet, Congratulations Victoria and to all the wonderful athletes 💪🏼💪🏼💜💜💜

5 years already wow, I can't believe it. Thank you all so so much for all the support and to all my wonderful clients who have stuck around, I know it's not easy when I would have to reschedule because I was too sick to go but you guys stuck through it all with me, yes I've lost people along the way that didn't have your patience and understanding but it's because of all of you that I was not only able to keep going but to flourish and gain more clients, for every one that I lost, I gained 3 more lol so thank you so so much. And of course I wouldn't have ever been able to start this journey without my beautiful co-worker who is amazing, keeps me safe and works for very cheap lol 🍪 🍩
Thank you all for the continued support and hopefully I can keep going to celebrate many more anniversaries and be more prepared this time and hold an event next time, I'm so sorry I had no idea that it was 5 years already 🤦🏼‍♀️💜💜💜🐾

Alrighty so again, alot of people assume that because Zoey's coat is short that she's cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Now I hope that my fellow groomers will back me up and say that it's not the length of the coat that matters, it's what's underneath. For example there are single coated dogs and double coated dogs, like the dogs below, are single coat but the hair is long which means that they will still get cold in the winter and can easily overheat in the summer. The same is true with my guys, even though they both have short coats, Zoey's coat is extremely dense and thick while Koda's is not, good news, Koda barely sheds, bad news, he can overheat very easily and winter is not his season 😆 and the opposite is for Zoey, her dense coat keep her from overheating believe it or not and in the winter well...for those who know her.. know how much she loves the snow and hates winter jackets and to show this I brushed them both only 2 times today and the pile on the left is Zoey and the little brown stuff is Koda's 😆😆 so there you go, that's the difference and that's why you should never shave a double coated dog unless absolutely necessary because you remove their ability to regulate their body temperature and it can be fatal in this heat or in the cold, so Koda is all set for the week while Zoey will be brushed until the end of time 😂😂

Koda was very happy to finally be reunited with all his pals and his girlfriend today, while Zoey was recovering he spent several weeks there and Zoey normally gets very nervous when being bombarded by 4 big dogs at once but I'm very very proud of her as she did amazing, especially with the girls which I wasn't expecting 🫶🏼💜 so now all the pups have gotten their manicures and pedicures and these dogs have been getting their nails done by me since they were pups so they are used to the dremmel and so the before and after is not that shocking as their nails are well maintained but the dremmel allows me to go much shorter without the risk of nicking the quick and it also helps the quick to recede more as the nerve and blood supply will slowly shrink back over time. So it's like I tell alot of my clients who's dogs are not used to the dremmel, just buy an electric toothbrush and practice with that, getting them used to the sound, then the feel of the vibration and then the touching. Give lots of praise when the dog is nice and calm and he or she will very quickly understand that it's really no big deal 😉😉
