We use everything we can from the whole animal. That includes whole pieces of pork shoulder, pork ham, pork loin, pork belly, pork tongues etc. Pork lung, pork heart, pork liver, pork spleen, pork kidney, and pork bone.
Ears and skin are for dog treats. Heads, feet, tails are available as meaty bones, and pancreas is sold separately!

All pork is human grade from start to finish ❤️

Very little goes to waste here at Urban Carnivore. 🌱
